Recruit, develop, and support experts within communities and micro communities to spread our vision of a stable currency for prosperity to different populations and strengthen the cause that unites us.

Why build a community?¶

Communities are a natural form of organization of societies; they are created around a need, a common interest, a project, or even a dream. These people share a sense of belonging that motivates them to act for the good of the community, and in doing so, they do good for all its members. In times of crisis, they are key to enabling people to face and overcome harsh realities. In the case of Reserve, our community has joined the cause of eradicating hyperinflation with the ultimate goal of making access to a stable currency a human right, promoting financial freedom and the use of free, transparent, and traceable money.**

Who is part of it¶

• Rangers: These are people who believe in the adoption of new technologies in order to confront the obstacles that push people in inflationary economies towards poverty. They show a keen interest in helping others protect themselves from excessive inflation and are hopeful that access to stable currency as a human right is achievable.

• Hola Rangers Program: This initiative is aimed at all those people with a Ranger's spirit: eager to be more connected, grow, learn, and acquire new skills for the future. The objective is to build networks around the world together with them through quests, training, relationship building, and other special benefits, so that they become multipliers and help us transform lives. Fifty people are chosen, who are trained in different areas such as: marketing, finance, sales, cryptocurrencies, teamwork, organization, strategy, environmental analysis, creativity, and coaching, among others. During the program they carry out missions that relate to helping more people and thus adding actions towards a better world. For Reserve, this program is an opportunity to turn members of our community into agents of change who provide tools and support that others can use in order to avoid hyperinflation.

  In our Spanish language Twitter account we have a loyal community, made up of active users of the app who are fans of the project and, on the other hand, people who are not yet part of Reserve, but who want to join and use our platform. Lovers of the project have become micro ambassadors who get friends, family, neighbors and even businesses excited to join the app. @HolaReserve has served us as a window to communicate what we are building; honestly and transparently. It also helped us listen to our users and improve our service over the course of time.

  This is the main Twitter account of the Reserve project. It currently has more than 70,000 followers, mainly people from the crypto world.

• Micro-communities: These are groups within WhatsApp and Telegram that were born as alternative channels to cover the need for greater user assistance. From being a window of human attention between the project and the users, it evolved into a connection between Reserve members and people loyal to the project who feel a direct connection with us. The team members who work on these platforms provide support and information for users of the app as well as the broader Reserve community.
