Our Values

At Reserve, we are building our project's culture as intentionally as we build our app and protocol, because we think our culture is an essential tool we can leverage in pursuit of our mission to make stable currency accessible to everyone. This leads us to heavily value certain things, as individuals and as a project. We realize that nobody embodies 100% of these values, and we also know that these values don't cover everything we care about as individuals and as a team. But we do think these six key values are a good summary of what we're aiming for. If they resonate with you, you might be a good fit for our team.

Six Key Values Guide Our Work

For each value we present key statements, to give an idea for what the value looks like, in practice. We then discuss three subvalues, to give a clearer idea of what the main value represents. We also give example behaviors meant to illustrate how these values might be put into action.
