Bootcamp for new team members

At Reserve we want to have the best people on our team, those who stand out from the rest and are willing to go the extra mile. We are looking for committed people who can handle high levels of intensity; that is what our bootcamp is about: an initial period of two months of intense workload (10 to 12 hours/day) and a lot of learning, to test our new members. It will not be easy, but we are sure that whoever passes our bootcamp will be a true Ranger.

In addition to commitment, we also highly value the mental health of our team. Keeping our team healthy is a priority for us. We know that one of the challenges of working from home is overwork, and this can affect our mental health and decrease our performance.

How much free time do we need to be healthy?

This is a question that we must ask ourselves when distributing our tasks; it is important to have a balance between work and other activities in order to stay healthy and productive.

At Reserve results matter more than the number of hours that we work. We need to keep in mind that we are running a marathon; sprints must exist but in moderation. Maintaining a balance between work and other life priorities is crucial.

Once the bootcamp is finished, you'll settle into your regular work schedule:

Working hours can be negotiated with a supervisor if necessary. Example: a case where someone needs to move from full time to part time for a period so that they can handle outside demands on their time and energy
