The app’s support section, located in the lower right corner menu, helps users find information, solve problems, and get answers from a self-service system.
In this menu, users can also see the conversations they’ve had with the Reserve support team. Active conversations will appear in bold and be marked by a red dot.
The support section also contains informative articles and a search bar to help users find relevant information related to certain keywords or phrases.

Some support can also be found in the general settings menu:
- Virtual office: Reserve’s YouTube channel provides users direct assistance from a product operator, and offers a gallery of videos and tutorials on how to use the app.
- Communities: Users can join Reserve’s WhatsApp or Telegram groups, to share their experiences and provide support to other users.
